Services we provide:

1. Revit Model - Base 3D model to include: walls, doors, windows, roof, floor, and ceiling with basic topography. To include exposed beams, does not include foundation and roof framing.
2. Revit 2D line work - All traditional 2D plans can be incorporated using 2D linework within the model
3. 3D Site Plan - Standard architectural site plan information overlaid onto 3D massing of all major hardscape and softscape.
4. 3D Adjacent Elevations - General massing of building volume. Roof height, style. Doors and windows. In this process wherever needed we take the help of satellite imagery and visual observations.
5. Basic Floor plan : AutoCAD - Includes Walls, doors, windows, openings, posts and stairs.
6. Detailed Floor plan: AutoCAD - Basic floor plan plus plumbing fixtures, soffits, window type, shelving, cabinets, counters, appliances, exposed beams, penetrations, HVAC registers and railings.
7. Exterior Space - Elements included are balconies, attached decks and patios with interior access along with the Basic or detailed floor plan.
8. Basic Exterior elevations - Only crucial structural details captured using single line representation. Elements included are walls, windows, doors, stairs, chimney, posts, beams, roof and attached decks.
9. Detailed Exterior elevations - Structural details including highly articulated walls, windows, doors, stairs, attached decks, railing, fascia, chimneys, skylights, trim, ornamentation and finish material annotations.
10. Interior Elevations - All attached elements on a wall with a highly detailed focus. Trim, molding, electrical fixtures, receptacles, plumbing elements, counters, cabinets and shelving.
11. Section-Long - A view of the structure as if it has been cut through the longest span from roof to foundation. Observable structural data such as lumber size and spacing is provided where applicable. Does not include interior elevation data but will show single line representation of structural details and major built-ins.
12. Section Cross - A view of the structure as if it has been cut through the shortest span from roof to foundation. Observable structural data such as lumber size and spacing is provided where applicable. Does not include interior elevation data but shows single line representation of structural details and major built-ins.
13. Electric & Lighting - Includes lighting, receptacles, switches, control panels, and communication devices. No wire diagram.
14. Reflected Ceiling - A floor plan of the ceiling with correctly sized lighting fixtures, molding, ornamentation, HVAC, soffits, exposed beams and T-bar framing where applicable.
15. Site Plan - Locates structures, includes a roof plan and documents all changes from hardscape to softscape. The site plan also includes power drop, exposed utilities, and adjacent buildings within 10' of property.
