Hand 2 Hand, is a faith based 501c3 non-profit organization, serving Northeast Ohio and surrounding counties. We're a Community Service Navigator that provides small business workshops for justice involved individuals. Mentorship is available. We offer wellness programs and events for families of justice involved individuals.
