(more) First you find out if there is something wrong with the invoice, delivery issue (short, damaged, etc) or did they not even get the invoice?  Don't jump to the conclusion that it is always the customer's issue.  If that is not the case, then kindly explain to them that they are important to you as a customer and it is very important that they pay on time in order to stay in good standings with your credit department.  last thing we want is for continued issues and your credit department demand payment in advance, or apply fees, or send a demand letter.  That only hurts your relationship with the customer.  I have found in most cases this works and payments start to come on time.  Also check your AR before it gets to that point and sent them a reminder that an invoice is due in 10 days.  That can help to address any issues with the invoice or delivery.

Linkedin.  Professional media- If you link in with someone from a company you are trying to find the actual person you need to talk to - You always get help!  In turn, I always help when I am asked a question.  (more) Linkedin.  Professional media- If you link in with someone from a company you are trying to find the actual person you need to talk to - You always get help!  In turn, I always help when I am asked a question.

In today's world, the best way to get through to a prospect is through email.  If not answer, I put a note in the mail.  You can leave voicemails but people get busy and forget to return the call. I make homemade jellies, pickles, etc and put in tins with a Chrismas scarf instead of tissue paper. My customers love it. Pam Thomason (more) I make homemade jellies, pickles, etc and put in tins with a Chrismas scarf instead of tissue paper. My customers love it. Pam Thomason
