Nikki's Office
I'm Nikki, founder of Nikki's Office, and I work with small business owners as their Virtual Operations Director.
Most owners I work with are excellent at what they do. What gets hard is everything that has to happen once the work comes in. Systems, technology, scheduling, content, admin, follow-up. As a business grows, those things pile up fast if the backend isn't set up to support it.
My role is to come in and run those areas so the owner doesn't have to. I take ownership of the operational and technical side of the business, set up systems that actually work, and keep things moving without needing to be managed myself. Clients stay focused on the work only they can do.
I've helped businesses across industries build operational foundations that reduced the daily load and created room for real growth. That experience, across different business types and problems, is part of what makes this work well.
The goal at Nikki's Office is simple. Reduce the friction, build the structure, and help owners run businesses that don't run them into the ground.

Nikki's Office didn't start with a business plan.
It started during one of the hardest seasons of my life. During that time I met the person who would become my most loyal client. He asked how he could help, and he meant it. I told him to give me things to do. I needed something to focus on, something to get out of my own head.
He gave me work. He and his wife showed up in the way that actually matters, not just while things were hard but after, through moves and distance and years. We still work together today.
By 2017 something shifted. My brain came back online, and I was genuinely good at this work. I started Nikki's Office because I reached a point where I needed more than one person to pour that into. The business grew from that same foundation, showing up consistently, doing the work well, and being someone people can actually count on.
