"I attended clas at Educational Concepts, and if my memory is correct, something happened that Tom became the instructor for my class, as a last minute change. Tom was a wealth of knowledge & gave us the best preparation for the state test possible. It was those little tidbits of info that only someone with experience can tell you - it's doesn't come from a book. I soaked in all of the info he could offer & followed his advice. I passed my P&C test the 1st time taking it, having only the knowledge of what he taught. "

We were forced to change how we delivered our services and it is a work in progress. A new opportunity to partner showed up unexpectedly. I look for 2023 to be a great year for our business, thanks to our staff and our clients for hanging in with us.
If President Trump had mailed out masks in March of 2020, we would not be having these ongoing issues. Anti-vac people are getting to much air time. Talk those families where they are lost a love one.

How does a business pay expenses with no income coming in? I expect to see many small business going out of business while Federal Government finds a way to rescue the fat cats again. I hope I can sign up for unemployment for the first time in my life. So sad
We usedQbooks for 20 years, but I am not happy with their annual price increases for the software and payroll. I would use someone else if the price is right with similar results.

While our revenue was not where we wanted after reducing our prices on some services with the idea of increased volume, our bottom line improved because of cost cutting efforts.
