I was asked to assist in a Murder Case in Wayne County. I had just retired from the police department in the city of Detroit. In the case it was clear that the defendant was not the person who committed the murder. I went out and found two witnesses that were with the shooter and they took a poly graph for the the prosecutors office and after the test all the charges were dismissed on my client. This was our first case.
