I want the best for everyone, so I earned the Certified Financial Fiduciary® designation and have been an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority for 25 years.

I'd opened a health care management consulting business after working in health care for four years. God had other ideas and put me in position to get recruited by a major financial services firm in 1998. After a year with that firm and it's one-year subsidized salary, I was on my own.
When it hit me that my last subsidized check had hit the bank, I got anxious and collapsed in my chair. Through the worry I was feeling, God spoke to me - not in the calm, soft voice you might expect - I got the thousand watt PA system because He wanted my complete attention (hey, I'm a husband - I get it). I'll never forget the words - "You are doing what I want you doing, when and where I want you doing it. Relax, all will be well." I've never looked back.
