Your team doesn’t have to be best friends with one another, but they do have to forge working relationships and at least a little respect. As a leader, it’s your job to provide the time and space to help build those interpersonal relationships. Luckily, you don’t need a huge budget or an elaborate plan to achieve this. Try encouraging them to take some time to work together from a local coffee shop, or find quick and fun projects that encourage collaboration and communication!

Hi everyone! As someone new to both Alignable and Belmont, I'm curious to learn from others here. What are some effective ways you have found to collaborate with local businesses in your community? I'm passionate about holistic health and have been working to bring together wellness practitioners to create engaging events. It's been an enlightening journey so far, and I'd love to hear about your experiences and insights!

Are you the type of person who tends to focus on high-level thinking, perhaps overlooking the practicality of your goals? Or are you the type of person who has a hard time seeing beyond the day-to-day tasks, getting stuck when it comes to reaching higher?
