What a great thread! I enjoyed reading other's posts and learning about so many awesome people.  So, here's my story...

I am a business owner.  Together with my husband, I own two businesses, but my third business, PeachStyle has become my passion.  My first career was in the world of summer camps, retreat and conference centers.  After some shifts in my life, I transitioned out of that career and began working with my husband in our engineering firm.  Then we inherited a small water company.  Talk about a huge transition for me!  Instead of working with people, face to face, on a daily basis, here I was working from our in-home office with just my husband.  Now don’t get me wrong, we work really well together, AND I still needed something else.  What I found was a women’s athleisure brand that provided me the opportunity to start my own fashion business.  While I wasn’t one to follow fashion, what I found was a company with a mission to help women thrive, both personally and professionally; a company where the culture of elevating women is the foundation of everything we do.  So, now I get to spend time with women, in groups and individually, helping them look great and thrive.  I also get to help women start their own fashion business, together building this culture-first brand.
