About Us
Coaching support for women going through a transition at midlife, whether that be a divorce, empty nesting or another major life shift. I am a licensed therapist who worked for decades with these issues and after my own divorce realized the need for these tools to be made easily available to others. I developed an e-course with another professional to help people get control of their grief, learn to set boundaries, create a community for support and begin to build a new life that is fulfilling and meaningful.
