The Valley Pizza was launched by me, Luis Vera in 2009. I truly love cooking and sharing concepts and recipes for my customers to enjoy.

I came to the US in 1999, from Ecuador, South America. I started working in a pizza shop and as time when by, I fell in love with the Italian cuisine and my passion evolved to get even better recipes and better quality food. Along that line, we always try to get new and unique items for the menu to please you, our amazing customers.
