Accent on Languages, Inc. is a small, woman-owned language company based in Berkeley, California. It was founded in 1997 after the merger of two translation companies.

Ms. Kuipers, the CEO and co-founder, is an educator and a language consultant. She has operated professional Language companies since 1986.
