"Nicole has created a stand-out yoga studio. I’ve gained from every class/instructor I’ve taken there but Nicole is a teacher to follow. A guide with wisdom.
For me, yoga classes and studios that are about physical conditioning only can be very helpful but <yawn> ...why do yoga without the depth and fullness it can offer? Nicole has created a studio that offers yoga in the spirit of it’s source, that can be a door to much more.
A door I still want to open wider and walk through! I would have started an ongoing practice at Oja’s but coordinating my schedule, distance to studio, then shelter-in-place, setting up technology and space to attend remotely - life 😯 - distractions have won out. <sigh> Is that part of the practice? (Actually, writing this review, is giving me a nudge to take action!)
