So much time has passed since I started my business - 29 years.  Things have changed especially in marketing your business.  I am constantly changing my marketing..so I think being more flexible would be one thing I would change.

I have always sought advice on how to run my business, but now I lean on younger people for advice especially on social media.  I realize I can't be on or in all forms of social media...so their advice is really important.

I guess I would say be more willing to adapt to the times would be my best advice.....don't get hung up on your business plan.
