I am a Certified Master Home Inspector with over 2200 completed home inspections. With each inspection my clients receive a 90 day Home Warranty, a 90 day Sewer Guard Warranty, Recall Check where every appliances model number is submitted to Recall Check and they receive a monthly email telling them if there are any recalls and a page of helpful maintenance tips, lastly they receive a 5 year roofing leak warranty. These warranties are provided by Residential Warranty Services, Inc. I do Radon Testing as well.

I'm a retired Police Lieutenant (2005). I went to school to get certified and licensed to be a Home Inspector (2007). I send to my clients via e-mail the Home Inspection Agreement and the Wisconsin Standards of Practice for a Home Inspector so they have a clear understanding of the Home Inspection Process.
