-Care supervised by an interdisciplinary team including a physician, registered nurse, clinical social work, spiritual counselor, home health aide and compassionate volunteers
-24 hour/7 day week availability of medical professionals
-Expert pain management
-Nutritional counseling, physical, occupational, and speech therapies
-Holistic alternative therapies such as Reiki, Therapeutic Massage, Visualization, Aromatherapy, Pet Therapy, Sound Therapy, Yoga, exercise, and meditation
-Family bereavement counseling for up to 13 months following passing
-Medications, equipment and supplies related to the terminal illness

How to get involved:
-The Sun Catcher Fund: This fund acts as a vehicle for interested parties to donate to the future patients of Holisticare Hospice. The intent of the Sun Catcher Fund is to provide end-of-life wishes to needy patients, above and beyond the scope of traditional hospice services. Contributions to this fund are not tax deductible. 100% of contributions are utilized directly for the purposes described herein.
