I provide skilled and loving massage therapy complemented by my background in movement, Bowenwork, Reiki & Healing Touch. I teach & do energy work, online or in person,  with individual & small groups, as well as Hands off Bodywork through the MELT Method and other self care techniques I've learned over the past 25 + years.
