My service is better because I care. It's really that simple. I make sure your tape or film conversion is great and my standards are set high. Many times I'll get asked to do something special. Most big places would say no, but I'm small and can put in the extra effort to make my customer happy. Many times it takes longer than originally thought, a lot of times I don't even charge more. It's simple, make the customer happy and they will come back.
