(more) We've had this issue come up with three different clients and so we invested in creating a set of internal pages for their Wordpress sites that allows customers to give both positive and negative feedback. Here's how it works:1. Customers are able to give feedback on their experience on the client's website. It's a simple "thumbs up" or "thumbs down" form that then leads to the appropriate landing page within the site. 2. If the customer has negative feedback (a "thumbs down"), a form with the feedback and contact information is immediately sent to a "customer care" representative within the client's business who handles the situation personally. 3. If the customer has positive feedback (a "thumbs up"), they are able to complete a positive review on a number of different review sites (e.g. Google+, Facebook, Healthgrades, Angie's List, Yelp, etc. all depending on the client's business) the client specifies which sites. We've seen great results.
