They are ok. The online banking and apps work well. There are other banks, however with no fee banking with lower minimum balance requirements, If you use bill pay, its a real time saver. But other banks have that as well. They charge a monthly fee for my money to sit there while they use my cash equity to make money. I mean, use my money for your balances, but dont charge me for using my money! The ONLY reason I never left was because of the ATMs everywhere which I almost never need anymore as the world has changed and ATM visits are few and far between. So why am I still with them? The history I already have with them allows me small benefits they know I would have to rebuild with other banks... like immediate access to funds based on my relationship time etc.. Sure I could build that with other banks... and may do that after answering this based on fees.

Data disruption is the use of collected data to change a market by looking at what demographics want, building a platform or service that caters more to their needs and how they live or work, thereby disrupting the market shares of other established companies. For example if collected data were to tell you that there is a better way to use this web service we are communicating on now based on how people are using it, you build a better mousetrap. Obviously, they have a head start as they can see how things work and their customer usage data and can stay ahead of the game changing functionality to suit what people want. Some companies are so big they don't see or listen to what their clients or members want or need. And in those cases, they can still be disrupted. For example I build the same platform we are using now, but do it free like it was, everyone might leave this one and go to the free one. That's if I can find a way to market it to the right people. This disrupts them, and makes the new guy bigger and better in a quick way. That is the idea behind the term disruption in laymen terms.
As for i Cloud, I would suggest asking a separate question as it really is a different topic. But I would be happy to answer any questions you may have if you need help. It's basically what I do for a living. (Help people make everything technology based just work the way it should).

Networking in your neighborhood costs very little. There are referral groups everywhere. I am in one and that costs me an hour a week and generates a lot of warm leads. The other campaign that has been the most successful for LOCALIZED marketing was a company that used to put up my cards in all the coffee beans and starbucks around town. I designed special cards that had 2 large words on the front, nothing else, that offered what people were looking for. (i.e. computer help, personal trainer, marketing guru). Contact info on the back. 3 months of that campaign had people calling in for over a year. People took the cards and kept them, eventually calling months later. I turned $1k into $100k. The company stopped doing it, and the opportunity stopped. I may hire someone to do this again on my own. The web is overly saturated with offers. Not to say it doesn't work or can not be worked. Facebook is the least expensive for targeted marketing in my opinion. But nothing like something creative outside the box.
