I've built numerous homes in the Keys and my knowledge of how homes are built is an advantage to you. I have been doing home inspections for 20-years, there are no surprises for me when I inspect your home.
I prefer that you attend the inspection if possible. Although a home is a home is a home, there's a lot to know about how homes are built here in the Keys that is special and unique. The inspection will focus on all aspects of the home. Structural and maintenance issues will be discussed and typical repairs if necessary. The inspection includes Exterior, foundation, roof, attic, interior, all rooms and all appliances are turned on and run through a cycle. The electrical. plumbing and heating and cooling systems are inspected. The inspection report is 15-pages with several additional pages of pictures. Insurance forms are also available and the inspection report is usually ready the next day.
