BEFORE BECOMING AN INDEPENDENT CONSULTANT I WORKED FOR LOCAL RADIO STATIONS AS SALES EXECUTIVE. I CREATED ADVERTISING PACKAGES TO PROMOTE VARIOUS BUSINESSES. My greatest accomplishment doing promotional consulting has always drawn new activity and profits to my clients. The greatest reward for my business endeavors is when my client says your proposal tripled my business profits a d now I have a third business location. The last time I saw one grateful client. he told me your business proposal helped me make plans for a fifth store location.
WHILE DESIGNING PROMOTIONAL PRESENTATIONS IN THE FORM OF COMMERCIALS, EVENT PROMOTIONS ETC,. I DISCOVERED MANY SMALL BUSINESSES WERE JUST BEGINNING ADVERTISING BUDGETS AFTER MY PRESENTATIONS AIRED. BY THE TIME CLIENTS BUILT THEIR ADVERTISING BUDGETS, I COULD NOT GIVE CONSULTATION IN MEDIA OUTLETS OUTSIDE OF THE MEDIA OUTLETS THAT EMPLOYED ME. THEREFORE, I BECAME INDEPENDENT IN ORDER TO SERVICE CLIENTS IN ANY MEDIA MARKET THEY COULD AFFORD.
