I am a Certified Gallup Clifton Strengths Coach. I manage the assessment codes and results for those who take the Clifton Strengths 34 assessment, the Manager assessment, and the Leader assessment.

I am the author of Middle Management Role in Informally Managing Conflict,

How We Got Started

Nearing its 5th year in business, Caratini Consulting was created out of a need to assist in career, leadership, teams coaching and facilitation in educational settings and in the private sector.

As of April 2024, Caratini Consulting is an approved Dallas College Business Supplier, and an external consulting firm for west-coast based, 34 Strong Inc.
