We offer professional design services for new homes and remodeling projects. We work with our clients to design their dream home, their new addition, or outdoor living space. We create everything in 3D and provide complete, detailed houseplans.

Curtis Showvaker began his experience in the homebuilding industry when he was a teenager, working for his plastering contractor father. Over the years he has been a self-employed carpenter, cabinetmaker, kitchen designer and remodeler. He worked in engineering for over 20 years as a Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) designer, and has hands-on experience in all the homebuilding trades.
Curtis is a Certified Professional Building Designer, a LEED Green Associate, and a member of the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD) and the Green Home Institute.
We launched Showvaker Residential Design in November 2020 so Curtis can use his wide range of experience to design the perfect home for you, then help you get it built right!
