About Us

We are based in the Lansing, Michigan, area and enjoy helping small and midsize businesses grow and prosper.

We also believe in giving back to the community. One way we do this is by our company founder serving on the Board of Directors of Hospice of Lansing. https://hospiceoflansing.org/ Hospice of Lansing is a not-for-profit organization as are our sister organization Stoneleigh Residence and Ionia Area Hospice.

Our services include Facebook Messenger Marketing, Website Design, Web Site Creation, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Pay-per-Click, and Video Creation.

How We Got Started

We started out as KALTAAREN Digital Marketing Services to bring quality, affordable website development to mid-Michigan.

As the years passed, the size, scope, and geographical reach of our business expanded to include clients across the country.

When the Covid-19 pandemic hit, 100% of our clients closed down. We used this time to reach out to all of our Alignable connections, in a supportive way, without trying to sell anything. We were quite surprised by the number of responses we received. We were especially surprised by how many requested we contact them to discuss their marketing needs! Because of these results, we rebranded the company to stress both digital and relationship marketing.

Our goal is to not only help you attract new clients but to retain your current customer base. We are now Multi-Touch Marketing Works, LLC.
