Hi, I’m Dianna Orrels, owner of Floating Magnolia Bookkeeping Services LLC. I started my practice in January 2023 from my home office in Laramie, Wyoming, with a mission to provide small businesses and startups with clear, accurate, compliance focused bookkeeping.

My bookkeeping background began years earlier, managing the personal books of senior partners at law firms — work that required precision, confidentiality, and strong financial structure. I later supported a bakery owner and his additional businesses remotely, which gave me firsthand insight into the challenges small business owners face when their books aren’t organized or up to date.

I’m committed to continued education and staying current with industry standards. I'm a Certified Bookkeeping Professional (CBP) and a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor® (renewed annually), hold an Intuit Bookkeeping Certification, and am a Client Advisory Services (CAS) Foundations certified professional. I'm also a Level III Digits Certified Professional and IRS verified with both an EFIN and PTIN.

While I primarily work in QuickBooks Online® and Digits, I also support Patriot, Xero®, FreshBooks®, Wave®, and other accounting platforms. I also provide tax scenario planning and future filing options using Intuit® ProConnect Tax Advisor.

While I’m now located in Poulsbo, Washington, I serve clients remotely both locally and across the United States, offering bookkeeping and organization that is structured, accurate, and compliance focused so they can make informed decisions about their businesses.
