My journey to business coaching didn’t start in a boardroom-it started in uniform. After serving more than three decades as a U.S. Naval Officer and Chaplain, I experienced firsthand the weight of leadership and the toll of serving others while sacrificing yourself. In 2021, after a two-and-a-half-year active-duty mobilization and walking away from a federal job, I experienced what some might call a midlife crisis. I call it midlife clarity.
I moved my family to Alabama and started over—not to escape, but to build something better. I launched a leadership and coaching business with one goal: to help purpose-driven business owners build a company they’re proud of and a life they don’t have to escape from.
