We specialize in complex commercial litigation. We have tried or arbitrated hundreds of cases, from coast to coast (and Hawaii!), and have handled multiple international matters and arbitrations, and voluminous appeals in many states and before many federal appellate courts. The breadth of our cases is enormous. Over the years, we have had cases in about every business setting imaginable, and have dealt with a broad width of legal theories, statutes and precedents.
