About Us

I assist businesses to identify and implement surprisingly simple changes that DOUBLE their PROFITS, usually in less than 12 months....without them spending anything extra in marketing or advertising....GUARANTEED!

These are changes in the way you do things (like procedures, processes, and behaviors) in the five (5) areas that drive growth in all businesses. And, because they are changes in behaviors, processes, and procedures, they cost you nothing to implement, they are quick to implement, and they are quick to have impact! What are the results? Explosive growth and improvement in revenues and, most importantly, profits. Some examples....Doubled the monthly sales of a dance/fitness instruction business in only four (4) months. Doubled the revenue of a 10 store retail restaurant business in 12 months and Quadrupled their sales in three years. Reduced the costs and expenses of a beverage manufacturer by approximately $40,000 in just two months.

Oh, and about that guarantee? I am so confident in my ability to deliver results that, I offer a guarantee of my success with YOUR business. I guarantee my clients that I will deliver growth and improvement to their business that is DOUBLE what they are paying me. That's right!....I guarantee a 100% return on investment (ROI) or I will return my fee. Insane, right? It is worth a call just to hear about how I can do that!

I am an experienced business executive with over 30 years of demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic solutions that integrate all functions of the business for solving complex and high impact situations. Proven results in leading teams for business start-ups, business turnarounds and transformations, new product development, and implementation of Six Sigma and Total Quality Management techniques.

In addition to owning and leading my own organization for more than a decade, I have held significant roles for some of the top Fortune 100 companies.

Because of his strong analytical skills and varied experiences, I am uniquely qualified to provide organizations with solutions in the areas of business growth and improvement. Specifically, I can help businesses to:
- Generate more leads that lay the foundation for EXPLOSIVE growth
- Convert more leads to actual revenue

- Increase employee performance and productivity by achieving greater alignment
between employee's actions and the organization's goals

Give me 30 minutes by inviting me to connect or using my contact info on my profile page, and I will show you how to generate explosive growth for your business!

They are..…. Communication - Reactive: In responding to guest complaints, we often make one of two mistakes. We want to blame it away (e.g., it didn't happen; not our fault because...; "we usually get it right so.."; etc) or buy forgiveness (i.e., offer a discount; offer something free; etc). Neither works because, when someone complains, it is because they had a bad experience and they want that corrected and they want to make sure they never have that experience again. So, as others have stated, you want to thank them for bringing their concern to your attention and giving you a chance to fix it. You, also, want to apologize for not delivering an experience that satisfied them. We usually stop there. But the next part is just as important...in my opinion. To FIX the problem they experienced, you first need to understand WHAT happened. That is, what procedure wasn't followed, what policy was violated, etc. to result in the situation experienced by the guest. To give the guest confidence that this will never happen again, you need to explain to them what went wrong in your process for them to have such an experience and what you are going to do to eliminate this from happening in the future. This gives them assurance that you know your business and shows that you are committed to "getting things right". Tell them when you expect to have this resolved and then invite them back to give you feedback on the improvements. Following these steps allow you to turn a disgruntled guest into a raving fan and a loyal customer. Communication - Proactive  Operations - Reactive Operations - Proactive I don't want to make this reply a novel so, if you are interested in any feedback in the other 3 areas, feel free to message me directly. Thank you.

(If you are questioning that position, think about this....does Cartier want to have Target carry their jewelry?) The desire to be in every store shows a shotgun/scatter gun approach that will not only be inefficient but, could also be harmful for your product. You need to have a targeted approach which starts with understanding your brand (what does your product stand for and represent) and your target market (who will want, need, or benefit from your product). Once you understand these things then, you can determine what are the best stores for your product placement and begin creating a detailed marketing and supply chain plan.  Good luck and have some fun building your business.

So, when a potential business collaborator contacts me, I try to understand the answers to two questions. First, I want to know what is the dollar benefit to them from being aligned with me. To determine that, I must understand their business model....what do they offer their customers and how do they monetize (make money from) that offering. I then determine how my knowledge, capabilities, and/or relationships can    1. get them more customers    2. help them charge their customers more for what they offer    3. reduce their costs or expenses so they can improve their profit    4. improve the quality and/or productivity of their offering so they can increase the        price of what they charge their customers  I quantify that benefit so I can understand the impact and so that I am able to better communicate that benefit to them. Second, I want to know what is the dollar benefit to me for being involved with them. Since no relationship is ever, truly, 50-50, I want to make sure the balance is in favor of the other business. However, I make sure things are not too much out of balance. This approach helps to ensure that business alliances and collaborations mutually beneficial and long lasting.

How large of an impact and the number of people impacted will be reflected in the income and cash flow of the business....the greater the impact and the greater the number of people impacted then, the greater the income and cash flow to the business. The greater the cash flow to the business, the longer we will be able to deliver our product/service and, therefore, the longer we have to make that positive impact on the lives of others! That's a beautiful thing!

Savvy small business owners have a similar concern around their human resources. That is, they worry if they have enough (or have access to enough) people resources to meet the growth needs of the business. This includes worrying if their people have the right training or skills being required by the growth being experienced. Once the integrated strategic plan has been created, leadership must focus on disciplined execution. Create a culture of passion for setting audacious goals (spelled out in the strategic plan) and pride in their achievement.
