I work with mainly young First Time Homebuyers who are very tech savvy and definitely all looking for a quick response usually by text or Facebook messenger. I try to answer most of my emails in the evenings unless they require immediate attention..

As a Realtor, I believe in expanding on my education and to keep current on today's Buyers and Sellers needs my earning additional Certifications as a Military Relocation Specialist (MRP), Seller Representative Resource (SRS) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).
My business concept is built on trust, loyalty and being available to current and past clients to expand my referral network.

I am with a Team and they offer Boomtown but I have used other CRM's such as Icontact in which I had to personally pay for.
You may want to checkout Wise agent. Good luck. Ask for free trials before signing a long term contract. l learned this the hard way🙄🤨
