About Us
I am a repairer; I repair what is broken. I see gaps in businesses, systems, and people's lives, and help fill them. I find fractures and make them whole. This is who I am.
How We Got Started
Small businesses and entrepreneurs don't get the help and support they need to grow their businesses to the fullest extent. We don't know what we don't know when we start. My life's mission is to help as many small businesses as possible by showing them the gaps in their business, systems and personal lives and help them fill them. I find fractures and make them whole again. This is who I am because of all the help and support I've had through both my corporate career and my own business. This is my way of giving back to the business community.

This is where we need to unite, and use competition instead of competition to help grow our businesses. After all, it's the small business owner that is the backbone of the growth and stability of our economy.
It's time to unite, to show the people of our city and towns that they, and we all need to support each other.

Great idea. My buddy Mike and I went for breakfast at Wimpy's on Wed. morning, it was great to be able to go back and the one waitress we always had before was still there. She's been promoted to manager and I shared a couple of ideas with her of how she can increase business.

No one knows with our government mandates as we have to go day-by-day on the whims of the higher-ups. What both salons and gyms can do if they haven't already been doing it, is to start contacting their clients letting them know how much they appreciate them.

No one knows with our government mandates as we have to go day-by-day on the whims of the higher-ups. What both salons and gyms can do if they haven't already been doing it, is to start contacting their clients letting them know how much they appreciate them.
And what their plans are for bringing these clients back into their businesses. Remember people shop value, not price. People will pay twice as much for four times the perceived value. Don't try to compete on price, you don't want to be the WalMart of your industry.
When you compete on price, you'll always be fighting for the leftover scraps. When you compete on value, you can set your own price.
Price shoppers have no loyalty, if someone is a dollar cheaper they will run to them. So my advice is don't even try to compete on price.
You can bundle two or three of your products together, charge a higher price, not the same price as if they were bought individually, but a price where you still make a reasonable profit. Plus they can't compare apples to apples now.
The other thing is don't forget to upsell your higher-end products and services. 34% will take your upsell just because you asked.
A prime example of this is in 2017, McDonald's made an additional $3 BILLION dollars just by asking "Do you want fries with this?" Don't discredit this idea.

Have't asked or applied for any government help. Covid has been a big boost to my business. People had time to listen, think and plan what they want to do with their business.

My advice would be to offer something different or unique to your business, something your competitors aren't offering. You don't want to be just another "me too" business, you want to answer the question everyone asks themselves when buying any product or service. "What's In It For Me?"

When you talk to the person's hot button, if they are a goods prospect they will take a look at your offer, if not they go right on buy. You need to make use of the Marketing Equation's 4 step process:
Your headline has to grab their attention.
Your sub-headline has to promise solution to the problem mentioned in the headline.
The body of your ad needs to show why you are better, different or unique compared to your competition.
You must have n offer in whatever marketing or advertising you are doing.
Now is a great time to be in business if you have something people need and use.

I fully agree with Paula Alcala, I treated this just like any other flu. Yes you need to be careful, but you don't need to put your whole life on hold. In my opinion this is nothing more than the governments of various countries trying to get control for the New One World Order. Take away our freedoms, cause food shortages, cause us to fear of being around other people. And don't forget take the guns away so us poor peasants will have nothing to revolt with.
If that's the life you choose to live, I wish you all the best. If not, then don't give up your rights and freedoms without a fight. Our parents, grandparents fought to keep us free, don't be willing to throw it all away for a few empty promises from our so called leaders.
I'm not an American, but I do believe in what Trump's trying to do for the world. Wake up the sleeping majority before they startv loading us in box cars.
For my business this has been a real boost people now have time to watch, listen and learn as they think about their businesses moving forward.
For anyone in the coaching industry this is a great time to be in business.

When you talk with your local businesses or any other business for that matter instead of trying to sell whatever your product or service is. Offer to help them solve a problem, concern, frustration or fear that they have.
When you identify their real wants and needs if your product or service can help them, then let them know. But, just as important if you can't help them be upfront and honest and let them know, you may even suggest someone else who maybe able to help them.
By doing this you can really increase the know, like and trust factor that the business owner has for you. They will remember that you helped them instead of just trying to sell them something they may not want or need.
