About Us

We are the ONLY 24 hour ALL Colorado composed genre diverse music and are an independent non-profit internet radio station. We play the best music you may never hear anywhere else. We have a few specific weekly formats, Sunday 24 hour blues, Colorado Doomed & Stoned based on the compilation Thursday 7-10pm, Colorado Prog Friday 7-10pm, CO Saturday Noon Live until midnight, Colorado Metal Shop weeknights 10pm-2am MST. We do live event streaming and video shoots from all over Colorado. We have a GREAT YouTube channel the Colorado Music Network. We host 3 Facebook pages, two station specific pages and a HUGE group page for all CO musicians and artists to post to. Instagram too.

How We Got Started

This started as a radio talk show on another station in 2015. It developed from there by overwhelming demand from bands wanting to be on and perform. We outgrew our time slot and started KCOS as a 24/7 internet radio station playing only Colorado music except for the blues format in 2016.
