Dr. Thomas Hill Is A Top Mentor To Many Alignable Members & A Dynamite Business Networker!

An Alliance Ambassador for Naperville, IL, Dr. Thomas Mallory Hill is one of the most gracious and outgoing advice givers we have in Alignable's  network. He has mentored many members to help them achieve more with their businesses. 

As we say at Alignable, it's all about getting to know, like, and trust new connections, before relationships can be built and referrals can be made. 

And Dr. Thomas lives and breathes that saying -- every day. In fact, for him, we should update the phrase to: know, like, trust, and adore. 

Countless people on Alignable have grown to love Dr. Thomas.  That's one reason why he was elected as Naperville, IL's 2024 Local Business Person Of The Year, and placed among the Top 20 across all of North America. In all, 131 of his admirers voted for him, which is quite an honor.  

Dr. Thomas also has been a frequent guest in my weekly Power Networking Group Get-Together, where he shares very sage, encouraging advice for all attendees.

In his own words, here's what Dr. Thomas told us:

The past three years on Alignable have been not only a learning experience, but a “Systems Thinking” process, as referenced by Peter Senge’s book, “The Fifth Discipline,” (1990). 

He postulates that Organizations that learn, do so, occasionally at the risk of losing the benefits of what they might gain. 

In my learning about Alignable, it has been a gain not only financially in terms of capital earned, but the social capital has been exponentially beneficial as I have measured this in the past 12 weeks.

Team Is Up 368%!

People are our greatest assets. The people who are now my teammates and customers in the Asea Redox organization are numbered in double digits. 

Since January 1st of this year, my organization (team) has grown from 7 active members to 19 as of June 25th  -- that’s a whopping increase of 368%! That was all accomplished through my efforts on Alignable. 

Translating this growth, Alignable is responsible for 98% of my business, because the referrals and other connections are based on where I spend my time.

Beyond that, through my connections and introductions to others on Alignable, I now host a live call-in radio broadcast called Dr. T’s Philosophy Cafe, which is yet another very exciting development.

This program opens up another source of business development where mentoring and “shepherding” businesses and business professionals from our platform can be advised and served. 

We broadcast every Thursday at 5 p.m. ET. I acknowledge the Top 20 Local Business Person of the Year winners, as I am a part of this group that the PR Director and his team have laboriously compiled from over 5,000 contest winners this year. I am especially proud of this achievement.
