Some of our distinguishing features are:
(1) "Unconditional customer satisfaction guarantee" service.
When some cleanings are not to customer's liking, we refund the cleaning cost and reclean the garments. If and only if the customer's wish is so high that only magicians can meet, we will say no. We will try to accommodate customer's wish as much as possible.
(2) Making fitted special design garment
If you want special design but cannot find it in the market, bring a drawing or a picture, we will make it for you. We can make patterns.
(3) For men's dress shirts only, we replace broken or missing buttons free of charge.
(4) We deliver up to 30 minutes driving distance from the store.
