The Dari Freeze has uncovered windows, so the customer is able to see inside of the store at all times. I did not like for the customer to see the mess of dirty rusty water, that dripped from the container, when the product was changed. ( Hot Fudge, Hot Caramel Fudge, etc). I used this Thermal Transfer pad for 3 years, and decided, if this works so well for me, there has to be a market for the NWB - 06 Thermal Transfer Pad.
