I would say personal touch and honesty. Each customer that comes to Bone Dry is different, and we treat them as such. There aren't two jobs that are alike. We offer solutions, not cookie cutter band aids. With listening intently to our customers and their needs, we also have the integrity to be completely honest. We aren't going to push a sale for a brand new roof system if the system you have needs a solution to keep it lasting for many years. We also take pride in knowing that we have a network of trusted referral partners for things that may not be roof related. For example, you have a roof leak but it turns out to be separation in the siding on your chimney. We have someone ready to take that call and provide the best product for that issue. We will always listen, and we will always do what is best for the customer.
