Billie joined Carol Wood and Claire McMahon Team in 2015 in an effort to extend her abilities to other areas of the Southwest Florida luxury market.
Early in her career, Billie worked as an integral part of highly specialized Southwest Florida sale teams at Bonita Bay and has been consistently recognized as a top producer in the luxury real estate market.
As new product came to market, Billie became involved in the sales of new residences, such as Tavira, Esperia and most recently; the Seaglass tower. All luxury residential towers within the 2,400 acre Master Planned community of Bonita Bay.
Billie launched her career in 1994 with the Weitz-Bachman Group following several years with Lee County’s Department of Community Development. Billie went on to join the Bonita Bay Realty sales team, a division of the original developer. Billie was recognized by Gulfshore Life magazine as a Five-Star agent and Certified Residential Specialist with wide-ranging experience in the field of residential sales having participated in the marketing and sales of hundreds of homes for clients from every part of the country. Billie’s extensive knowledge of the Bonita Bay community, its amenities, and high-rise market, complements an already successful team providing comprehensive services to clients in all aspects of the Billie is a member of the Bonita-Estero Association of Realtors, and Naples Association Board of Realtors.
