How We Got Started

"In 2009, amidst the tumult of the real estate crisis, TLC Marketing & Creative Services emerged. Like many, we began modestly, operating from my home, and gradually expanded from there. It's been an incredible journey, and I'm immensely proud to have steered the firm's growth, eventually opening an office and assembling a team of five dedicated professionals.

Throughout the years, TLC has garnered numerous awards and accolades, but our success has always been rooted in teamwork. We firmly believe in the principle of 'Together Everyone Achieves More,' and it's this collaborative spirit that drives us forward.

Our client base spans across diverse industries, reflecting the breadth of our expertise and the trust placed in us by businesses of all kinds. As we celebrate 15 years in business, we remain steadfast in our commitment to serving our clients with excellence and dedication."

If you cannot afford a marketing agency, there is always SCORE and Small Business Development Centers to help you before hiring an agency. All over marketing is a waste of your money. Focus.

I have been in the same location for 5 years. Our property land lord actually raised the rent during this time.  We were working remotely for 3 months and still paid rent.     (more) I have been in the same location for 5 years. With 56% of Americans having a profile with a social networking service, social media is undoubtedly a great advertising platform to maximize brand recognition.  (more) With 56% of Americans having a profile with a social networking service, social media is undoubtedly a great advertising platform to maximize brand recognition.

Not knowing much about your business, these are what I would suggest as a start.

Its how we live the new norm. Who would have known the U.S. and abroad would have to wear face mask in 2020? As a small business owner, I applied to the SBA for both EDL and PPP loan on April 6th and yet to hear from anyone. I also laid off my office manager and my other 2 employees are working remotely. This is not a team building exercise. We were not prepared. Just like hurricanes, fires, snow storms there is a plan. Why did we not have a plan for this? Why Florida is the unemployment and voting system nonfunctional? If you were an employee you would be fired. Perhaps it’s time we Americans take a good hard look at everyone running the U.S.  It’s not either parties fault. Stop blaming each other and work together to fix the problems. Less talk more action. I am discouraged about today’s economic and environmental dilemma. I feel sorry for my grandchildren.
