J-POP Strategies (Coaching through Jason's Power of Partnership)
Hi, I'm Jason Springer, founder of J-POP Strategies and creator of the 10 POPs Journey. I'm based in Greater Boston and work with mid-career professionals who look successful from the outside but feel burned out, stuck, or lost on the inside.
My clients are high achievers at a turning point. Maybe they just went through a layoff or restructure. Maybe they have climbed the ladder and realized it is leaning against the wrong wall. Maybe they have ADHD and have spent their whole career adapting to systems that were never built for them. They are not lazy or ungrateful. They are exhausted from performing a version of themselves that no longer fits.
I help them move from doubt to trust through active partnership, not passive coaching. My framework, the 10 POPs Journey, guides clients through four phases: Foundation, Discovery, Transformation, and Results. Clients have gone on to land promotions, negotiate raises, pivot careers, and rebuild confidence they thought they had lost for good.
My background is a little different from most coaches. I spent years sitting across from C-suite executives, retirees, and entrepreneurs at Harvard Law School and Norwich University, listening until they trusted me with their most meaningful investments. I then led HR and people operations at Amazon, where I supported 150+ employees and helped thousands navigate change. I have ADHD myself and burned out three times before I understood what was actually happening. That experience is not a footnote. It is the foundation of everything I do.
The best referrals for me come from therapists, HR professionals, executive recruiters, financial advisors, ADHD specialists, and outplacement firms. If you work with someone who says "I have everything I should want and I still feel stuck," that is my person.
I would love to connect, learn about your business, and explore how we might support each other's clients.

Everyone has a Covid story. Mine became the perfect storm.
I was the HR lead for a brand new (I was the first employee) rapidly scaling 175+ employee Amazon warehouse when my spouse received a cancer diagnosis, my father faced a serious health procedure, and I was navigating a new promotion all at once. I felt overwhelmed, lost, and unable to function. I took medical leave.
While trying to be a great husband and caretaker, I lost myself completely.
Thankfully, I met Dr. Erin, who met me exactly where I was. Over time, she helped me unpack and rebuild my life, personally and professionally.
When Amazon began laying off employees in 2023, something shifted in me. I refused to remain a product of a system. I wanted to lead by example in a way where humans are still seen, valued, and treated with care and respect.
That is how J-POP was born.
