Heartache and Sadness; Grief, Love and Loss are cojoined emotions, but with different faces. Different masks. And they are not mental health issues. There is nothing about these feelings that needs "fixing."
My work is to companion those who reach out on their healing journeys. Neither to lead or follow. But to be with; to bear witness and to be present. Spiritual issues almost always underlie psychological issues. Let's make peace and reconcile with them .
