I think that something inside us generates the need for actively doing something useful and interacting with others. Zoom and other platforms have allowed this to be a fruitful way of doing this.  Many of us use the platforms to continue our work and even our need for spiritual connection with others in discussions and bible studies as well.  With the numerous platforms available for making 30 - 100 images of the interior, exterior and even the neighborhood most buyers these days are very aware of the homes they want to see in person.  Early in the safe protocols showings were not possible. Some of my buyer clients and seller clients were able to secure a "see it later" purchase and sale agreement without an initial physical viewing of the properties. The new normal of doing more at home has certainly piqued the awareness of a need for upgrades to allow for a home gum, nicer laundry room, home office and perhaps even a "mother in law" suite. With more of the families experiencing everyone inside for more of the time, making distinctive spaces available for each occupant is an important dynamic as well. An important element for us all, is to give each other a lot of grace and space. Trying to keep things light and accommodating seems to be the fare of the day. Be blessed as much as you can in whatever your are doing out there!

The impact overall and recovery rates from infection deserve more air time as well as the optimism that people can be smart enough to be safe and considerate of others while operating their industry successfully. Gloom and doom are too prevalent in the present continuum.
