My number one tip? Create a focused experience for your user. Don't EVER drop someone in a page full of options. Overwhelmed people don't buy, they leave.

This is a tough one. I don't know about you but I'm bombarded with emails daily. I would suggest that you encapsulate your offer without telling them exactly what it is. Not spammy but irresistible. It's a fine line I know.

Cold emails are a tough strategy. A better strategy might be joining some groups on linkedin that fit the brand persona of your client. Or go to a trade show where people can meet you in person and are actually looking for connections.
If a few people mark your emails as spam (which they technically might be if they are cold), your email will be flagged. So tread with caution.
Figure out what your numbers are. How many of these additional clients can you add on per month without getting more staff? Aim for that with something that has a higher return rate than cold emails.

Such an important point! Local businesses do more than just keeping money circulating in town- they’re a vital part of the look and feel of a community. Hopefully this will be the year for more communities to prioritize supporting local businesses.

I'm reminded of Bhakti Chai (a local company) that donated a portion of sales to help women in underdeveloped areas of India. This appealed to their target market and even though the donation was relatively small (maybe 2% of net sales) their promotion of it felt like a 'feel good news story' not a an ad for chai...
See what I mean?
Also, so many other questions:
Where are you selling online?
Do you have in-person sales anywhere?
Have you tried wholesaling to appropriate businesses?
What about donating (ONE) item to different fundraisers?
Have you been using Instagram effectively?
It's hard to answer a question like this out of context!
Warmly, Karen
