As the largest Non-Prime Lender in the country follow up is key to our Success. If I speak to someone on the phone, I will usually follow up with an email the same or next day. And then a possible call a few days later.
I need to be available when my brokers/lenders and their client's need me to help with hard to place mortgage loans. There is always a sense of urgency because contracts have closing dates and we have to be sure we are able to meet their timeline.
No follow up, why did you bother contacting them in the first place!
