About Us

A Home Watch service performs inspections of “vacant” properties while the owner is away.

The service provided includes weekly inspections of the home using all the senses of seeing, hearing, smelling, and feeling.

My purpose is to observe and report anything out of place in the home.

*With 30 years of Law Enforcement experience, I can 'see' when something is out of place.
I know who to call and when to make that call.

If a situation arises, trust that it will be handled in the most discreet and secure manner possible.

The results of each inspection will be documented with a narrative, and photos, which will be sent to you after each inspection.

The inspection will be as in-depth as necessary for your peace of mind and budget.

How We Got Started

I have been watching over homes since I was a child. Yes, a child. Living in NE Ohio, my grandparents would go on vacation to Canada.

My mother (and her little helper ~ me) would go by Grandpa & Grandma’s PA home every weekend to check things out and make sure everything was in order.

Even in the career I chose to pursue in the mid-1980s as a Police Officer, I was tasked with looking out for other people’s property, well-being, and peace of mind.

I have 30-years Law Enforcement experience in Ohio and Florida.

I live in the City of Boynton Beach with my wife Cathy. Owner of All Things Administrative, LLC.

I offer my Home Watch services to the communities located in Boynton Beach (City & Unincorporated), Village of Golf, Ocean Ridge, Manalapan, Briny Breezes, Gulf Stream, Hypoluxo, and Lantana.

If there is a special client in need of our serves outside of this area, we could make an exception, so let’s talk.

You don't HAVE to go with such a large unit, because ANYTHING you can do to reduce the power consumption at the home, should reduce the monthly bill enough to offset the cost.  After 20-years, theoretically, the system is paid for and there is no longer that part of the payment. Or, if I choose to pay it off earlier, there is no prepayment penalty.  The PANELS and SYSTEM should produce for 20-30 years, with some drop off annually, but nothing of major consequence.  *Keep in MIND!*  If you have a SOLAR array, and your Power service goes OUT ~ your system shuts down as well. It protects the utility workers trying to repair the outside lines. I STRONGLY recommend adding or supplementing the project with a Battery System to have UNINTERRUPTED power in the event of a Storm, or the California style rolling brownouts. The BATTERY will take over automatically (Tesla) and you won't even know there is a failure.  ps. I still need to add a Battery system to mine @ $11-15k more ...

I am a Home Watch service which performs inspections of “vacant” properties while the owner is away. The service provided includes weekly inspections of the home using all 5 senses of seeing, hearing, smelling, feeling, and even tasting. For the seasonal residents, winters in SE Florida are a vacation from the cold. The last thing you need on your "vacation" time is to come home to a problem. You can count on professional handling of your home issues while you are away. You will be notified of any problems and offered recommendations to correct them. I  prefer to operate in the Boynton Beach area and beyond: Ocean Ridge, Village of Golf, Manalapan, Atlantis, Briny Breezes, Gulfstream, Hypoluxo, Lantana, and Delray Beach. But a 'special client', in another area may contract with us as well. *We're listed on Sunbiz, licensed in the City of Boynton, and Palm Beach County. I carry an insurance policy, so anything occurring on the property while I am there keeps the homeowner safe from personal liability.  If anyone has a Vacation Home, a Seasonal House, Corporate housing for rotating executives, we can work for you.

Nowadays it's knowing 'Where' to work, 'How' to work, 'When' to work (being 'smart') is more important than 'working hard.' Agreed?

If you don't have the TIME or the AVAILABILITY to do one yourself (time is money and frustration is useless), you could hire a Virtual Assistant (VA) to assist in this project. Be sure to hire an Administrative Professional like Cathy, or you could be spinning your wheels & doing it yourself.
