As an empathic neurodivergent business owner, Mandi understands how traditional marketing advice can feel pushy, confusing, or exhausting. That’s why PEBS takes a human-first, brain-friendly approach—ditching the hustle culture and creating clear, hands-on strategies that feel aligned, authentic, and sustainable.
Proud Empowerment Business Solutions was born out of a turning point in my career during the pandemic. After being let go from my full-time position at an LGBTQ+ social service agency, I decided to turn my passion for empowering marginalized communities into a business. Drawing from my early entrepreneurial experiences—like growing up in my father’s print shop and running lemonade stands—and my years of LGBTQ+ advocacy, I launched the consultancy to create inclusive, authentic marketing strategies for LGBTQ+ centers and affirming mental health agencies. The combination of my expertise in marketing and branding, paired with my commitment to social justice, became the foundation for Proud Empowerment, with a mission to elevate the voices of the LGBTQ+ community and advocate for greater inclusivity in the marketing world.
