I have been working on a deal to happen since January. First it was on, then it was off. Still to happen, just keep following up until it is a go again.
Most other deals or clients are generally started in under 6 weeks.

If a referral produces a client and income, I do have a referral policy. It can vary based on length of assignments and can be paid in several ways; depending on what the person's company policy may be.

Before I end the interview, I always look for a response both facial and verbal to this question : What do you want to be when you grow up?.
