Thank you for checking out my page. I am a broker at Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties. I was voted realtor of the year by the Gallatin Association of Realtors in 2011-12. I was the 2018 Montana Association of Realtors President.
How We Got Started
Since becoming a realtor, I have chosen to be involved in the leadership of our organization. I have always felt that it gives me an opportunity to learn more about what is currently happening and what is coming up tomorrow with regard to buying and selling of real property. It gives my clients an advantage of possessing more accurate and predictive information when making some if the biggest decisions of their lives.

First of all there are a number of types of roofing material. i.e. asphalt shingles, metal and yes rolled roofing. I am not an expert but I have seen (especially in large commercial buildings such as shopping and strip malls) flat roofs with rolled material used as the roofing material of choice....

First of all there are a number of types of roofing material. i.e. asphalt shingles, metal and yes rolled roofing. I am not an expert but I have seen (especially in large commercial buildings such as shopping and strip malls) flat roofs with rolled material used as the roofing material of choice. It is sometimes used for residential purposes as well. Sometimes an asphalt material is used. Other times it a rubber rolled material. My suggestion is to call a roofing company that is knowledgable about rolled roofing materials to get the best and most accurate answers to your questions.
