From the outside, it may have looked like success came easily, but behind the scenes there were seasons of exhaustion, overwhelm, self-doubt, and the silent pressure to keep everything together. I experienced firsthand what so many women and leaders quietly carry: the fear of not being enough, the loneliness of leadership, and the belief that asking for help somehow meant weakness.
I realized my deepest passion wasn’t just building a company — it was helping people break free from the limiting beliefs that hold us back. That passion led me to create Synergy Growth Coach, where I now help individuals, teams, and organizations step into greater confidence, clarity, leadership, and personal power through one-on-one coaching, workshops, team development, and transformational speaking engagements.
