As well as including info about what the your company can do, also be sure to include plenty of photos of people, how various people in your organization are involved in the community, who is running marathons, who is volunteering at the local shelter, who is wining awards, etc. People like to read about people.
A few years ago a mountain lion killed a female jogger in CA. The Cougar was killed by forest rangers and left some orphaned cubs behind. Donations + sympathy poured in for the the moutain lion cubs- exceeding the sympathy expressed for the dead woman & her family. Lesson here- many people love...

Lesson here- many people love animals and having a dog around your business, especially a retail business may be a positive in terms of marketing and image. It depends on the type of printer you are referring to... if it is an inkjet, you do not want to purchase too much ink in advance because it has a shelf life programmed into the chip in the cartridge. A LASER printer's toner cartridge has the same shelf life date, but it is much longer than an...

It depends on the type of printer you are referring to... if it is an inkjet, you do not want to purchase too much ink in advance because it has a shelf life programmed into the chip in the cartridge. A LASER printer's toner cartridge has the same shelf life date, but it is much longer than an inkjet cartridges'. An inkjet printer may have unexpected printing quality with an "expired" cartridge. You can find deals on websites like Amazon and EBay (just be sure you are purchasing genuine OEM cartriges on EBay). I am not a representative of Epson, and nor do I get any special considerations from them, but as an IT Director, I am considering the new ECO Tank Office All In One Inkjets. They use a refillable bulk tank for each color and come with approximately two years of ink in the box. Refills are very inexpensive-$12-20 depending on color and the print quality is great.

Reach out to them & be frank - tell them you want them back and ask what is the reason they haveen't used you for a while- it may simply be that they no longer utilize your type of services. If they say they are no longer using you because of a bad experience- that can be good news because it is a selling opportunity. Apologize for the problem, tell them what steps you have taken to insure that this doesn't happen again and ask for another chance. Remember that every company screws up once in a while- you can really shine when you take ownership of the problem and rectify it.
