I would suggest getting with a General Agent that has a Group Insurance quoting system where all you need to give them is the "Employee Census" and it produces the quotes for all the carriers you want to see side by side. With the technology we have now, the rates you get are what the carrier will bill. From there you get a professional proposal and you can then use your selling skills, probing questions, and show how what you present will be the best for them after that conversation. Get the commitment to the process "before" getting the data and quoting. The process "requires" a sit down, face to face or Zoom call to review your work.
